Appointments Must be made in advance. If you must cancel, please call at least 24 hours before appointment.
Be on Time Please be on time to ensure you get the full amount needed to service you and to keep other appointments after you on time and not waiting.
Cancellation Policy Due to the increase of demand, I require a 24hr notice of any appointment shifts or cancellations. Any appointments cancelled less than 24hrs in advance will result in a 50% of the full scheduled service price. This fee is due prior to rescheduling or making any new appointments.
No Show Policy I understand, life is crazy and things happen. However, if I have not herd from you within 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time it will be considered a No Show and you will have to reschedule. Before you can reschedule you will have to pay 50% of the full scheduled service price.

COVID-19 Please do not make an appointment if you show any COVID-19 symptoms (cough, fever, lost of taste & smell, etc.). Face masks are not required but I will accommodate you if you wish to wear a mask for your appointment
